Update 2 - FULL

Full changelog for this bullshit thing some might try convince you is a game:

• Two new food types
  • The Speed Food which of course increases your speed
  • The Mega Food which is thicc af and gives you more nutrition points
  Enemy balancing
• UI code rewritten
• Player code rewritten
• for fucks sake, what wasn't rewritten again? Oh right, the Scene loading system remains trash
• The player now curses when they're hit
• The code is open source at https://github.com/Bajtix/acini
• The code is less shit (im not saying it's good tho)
